Do you accept ICBC/WCB claims and do I need a referral to see a Chiropractor?

ICBC

Yes, we accept ICBC/WCB claims, please bring your claim number to your appointment. No, you don’t need a referral to see a Chiropractor. We are primary care physicians.

We currently direct billed to ICBC under the Lump Sum Program.

This program will no longer exist as of July 1, 2015 but will be replaced by a similar program.   It allows us to bill ICBC directly for your chiropractic care.  We will need your claim number, the name of your adjuster and the date of your injury.  We will also require patients to sign an ICBC release form allowing us to direct bill for your injury.

Our massage therapists do not direct bill to ICBC.   Patients pay for their treatment privately and will receive a receipt for each visit.  Those receipts can be submitted to ICBC for reimbursement.

WCB

In order to bill to WCB, we will need your claim number and the date of your injury as well as your employer information and the operating address of where the injury occurred.  Patients must pay for each treatment until WCB approves their claim.   When the claim is paid out to us, we will reimburse patients for their visits.
